JStock comes with pre-built technical indicators. JStock can also pop up a small notification window in your system tray about your indicator. Make sure you configure it correctly before using it. SMS alert feature is provided in Google Calendar. These feature will allow you to receive free SMS or email Stock Alert based on criteria that you choose such as when your stock reached your targeted selling price.
